The sales department is Excellent. This is the second car we purchased.Lukas Tamasuskas was our Sales agent. Lukas was very kind and professional, He went though each and every detail in regards to purchase details as well as demonstration of the new vehicle. It all went perfectly for us during the whole process of the purchase. We were looked after in a professional manner. The rest of the team were helpful as well.
Han a MOT and service done at Toomey Nissan. Staff were welcoming and polite when I entered the building and approached the desk. The main members of staff who help me were Sam and Laura. They explained the whole process and what was going to be happening. I had arranged to have a courtesy car, which they had manage to sort out and went of their way to make sure I had enough fuel, as I do a lot of miles and there was the fuel crisis going on. Car was very quickly turned around and picked it up early, which was a nice surprise. Sam went through everything that had been been done. There was an issue with the payment on my side, however Sam was very professional and listened to what my issue was and came in the next day to sort out, with our being over contacted about the issue. The only complaint that I do have is that the courtesy car was fossil fuel run and not electric. But this is a whole company issue, not down to individuals. Great service all round, but Sam and Laura in particular where very helpful, polite and understanding.
Great experience buying our new car from Tony Hopkins. Didn’t feel pressured or talked into making a quick purchase at all which was refreshing. Given all of the information needed and it was such an easy process from start to finish, even with a toddler running around the showroom. Would definitely buy from Toomey for our next car in the future and would recommend to anyone looking at buying a Nissan. Thanks Tony!
Recently bought a used car from Toomey Basildon. Salesman’s name was Liam Morrow. Liam was extremely helpful from the word go, answering all my questions fully and obviously with good knowledge about the vehicle. He quickly arranged a test drive of the vehicle and was able to advise me on the aspects of all the controls and available technology, which was quite extensive. After my descision to buy the vehicle, he arranged the paperwork and finance quickly. The vehicle was valeted and ready for collection two days later. I am extremely happy with my purchase and with the great all round service I received from Toomey Nissan but especially from Liam. Thank you Liam.

I have just purchased my 5th brand new Nissan Juke from Toomey Basildon and the service I received from Tony Hopkins is probably the best I have received from any car salesman anywhere. This is the Juke Hybrid and is a very nice car.
This was my first time getting a new car and I was quite nervous, but I couldnt have wished for a nicer experience. Lucas and Liam were so accommodating and friendly and made me feel completely at ease and confident with my choice. Liam was the one who handled the paperwork and took the time to explain and demonstrate every aspect of the car, really lovely experience ,follow up calls made, excellent service, highly recommend this branch.

Purchased my new car today that was sold to me by kieren Smith and can I say what a charming young man considering he has only worked at Nissan for a couple months the service I received was outstanding from beginning to end, very quick to respond to my emails and calls, very polite and a great sense of humour. I was at Toomey Nissan Basildon for the first time and the experience was quite amazing. The service and help received especially from Tony was extremely good.
