I have visited Toomey Nissan three times over the last week as we were interested in viewing and maybe purchasing a used Nissan Qashqai Tekna model. The salesman that came out to show us round the car and explain all of the features that the vehicle had was Paul Spencer. We arranged an on the spot test drive which Paul had no problem in arranging straight away. My wife and myself went away impressed with the car but still undecisive as to our decision. We went back the following day, on two separate occasions and Paul was there to help us again and answer other queries we had on the vehicle. He also gave us an acceptable price on our trade in vehicle. We have now decided to purchase the car and are looking forward to picking it up. The service we received from Paul was first class. He is very courteous, friendly and approachable and happy to answer all of our queries on the Nissan Tekna. We also received a personal video of the car. We would thourghly recommend Paul for his professionalism around the whole process and making this car purchase a pleasant experience.
I'm absolutely disgusted with this company. I had to be one of the biggest car dealers in Essex. I've had 2 cars of them. I took my car in for a service on Thursday. I had to be in Manchester for Friday morning. My Nana's funeral. The car failed it's service. I couldn't take it. I really needed to get to Manchester. I asked for help a courtesy car. None available. Not one car in the whole place. I couldn't believe how they didn't care and fobbed me of. They are all smiling and happy when your getting a car. I would advise people not to get a mobility car with this company. They have no compassion at all when if comes to customers. Then they called me at 6pm and told me they had nothing available. That's the time the dealership closed.
Had some safety recall . they dint even check my vehicle and told me its absolutely fine. and this is not first time. even though 1 star is also a too much and I will never ever use toomeys baslidon for anything every again . Avoidance at all costs. Turns out our model didn't even need the recall work !
Took MG electric for its first service.Spoke to Paul who was very helpful n knowledgeable.Gave me a courtesy call the day before and although I arrived almost an hour before scheduled time was informed that they will start as soon as ramp is free. Was kept informed during the service and was also sent a video showing the inspection being done.Paul was very smart,friendly and above all very professional in the way he dealt with everything. A very pleasant experience.Will definitely be bringing my other vehicle here. Nailesh

Lewis was very helpful, accomodating and friendly throughout the entire process of purchasing a car, as well as providing a service plan. Any enquiries were dealt with timely and efficiently. Would happily recommend Toomey's - Outstanding service.
Went to look at a car at the weekend ended up buying it. Salesmen not like salesmen just helpful friendly guys the way you'd want them to be. This'll be the forth car we've bought from them. No messing around, no hidden nonsense.
I took my Mum to Toomey Basildon yesterday to look at some cars. Patryk took 1st class care of us from the start. He went through different options with her and she ended up with a fantastic deal with a very nice car. She came away very happy and couldn’t be more appreciative to Patryk for taking the time and care to get her exactly what she wanted.

Professional, polite and knowledgeable Customer Service Desk Executives were competent, quick to understand the issues I had with the car and clearly articulated the important information I needed to know. I would like to single out Matt as a real ambassador for Toomey Motors He kept me informed a number of times during the day as and when the Mechanics found issues, offered helpful suggestions and highlighted the special deals that would save me money on getting my vehicle repaired. His service to me as a customer was immaculate and he took pride in making me feel a valued customer. I would highly recommend using Toomey Motors as as a reputable dealership with a caring customer service desk.
