Would just like to say a huge thank you to Lewis for helping me buy a new car. From start to finish the whole process took less than a week. Lewis was friendly and made me feel comfortable right from the start. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He kept me completely up to date with everything that was happening and rang me when he said he would. He even got into work half an hour earlier for me to collect the car as I couldn't do any other time. Then when there was a slight issue after collecting the car he contacted me as soon as possible, dealt with it and sorted it out straight away. From start to finish I can not fault him. Would be more than happy to purchase futures cars from him and recommend him to family and friends.
John at vauxhall toomeys laindon was very helpful, not at all pushy. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. we found our perfect car with no pressure. Picked car up and John went through all the technical side of the interior. All very happy and drove away. Thank you John for a stress fee sale.
I have a long running brilliant relationship and customer service history with Toomey Vauxhall, previously Southend and now Basildon. I've just bought my 3rd Vauxhall, the New Grandland. Although I don't think it's as good as the Grandland X, only that its missing the extra USB and plug at the rear seats, which came in very handy on long drives with the kids in the back seat. I miss the parking sensors, but getting use the the reverse view panel, but I have to say it drives like a dream, a clean, powerful drive, and feels sophisticated. The small touches are also perfect, my new car was presented under a silk cloth pulled away while being filmed! I've always wanted that! The team always look after my car needs, especially John in Sales, and Kirsty in the Service centre. Cannot fault them they go above and beyond. I'm forever grateful how attentive, caring, thoughtful and friendly they are, through difficult times as well as good times. Thank you all so much.
We are so happy with our new car. Lewis went over and beyond to get us the deal that was right for us as a family. This is our second car in a row with Toomey now and thanks to Lewis we wouldn’t go anywhere else!!! A very happy customer indeed
John the motabilty advisor at Toomey Basildon has been very helpful obtaining our new car in which after 2 years we finally managed to collect today after delays beyond there control Showed me around the car and answered any questions we may have had, would recommend anyone on the scheme to visit the BSildon branch
The Citroen staff, located in the same building, we friendly, every single person. Not pushy just helpful. Try any car, have a good old poke around they don't mind, they just want to make sure you get a car that's right for you.

They tied to rip me off for work and parts I didn't need as well as trying to push me to buy a new car when there was not a thing wrong with my own car. It went in for a interim service and an MOT which they claimed it would fail, I took it else where and it passed straight through with no faults.
