"Toms Holidays manages beach chalets and holiday homes situated at Riviere Towans, Hayle, overlooking the picturesque St Ives Bay. We are a holiday park, but not in the traditional sense. A tranquil retreat away from the hustle and bustle, large open spaces for children to run and direct access to the 3 miles of Hayle Beach. We provide a range of options from vintage beach huts and new timber lodges to bungalows, spread across 40 acres of sand dunes. All our properties are privately owned, with their own individual style. We also have free WiFi that covers most areas of the park and is available to all guests."

We have just spent our very first wonderful week at Toms Holidays. The holiday home was absolutely beautiful and cleaned to an excellent standard. The site is spotless and so peaceful even though their holiday homes all seems to be full. Amazing views, stunning beaches, customer service is excellent. I loved every second of my holiday, we will be back next year. Thank you Toms
FRESNO Unfortunately the chalet did not live up to expectations. The surroundings were lovely and the park was very clean, it was a shame the chalet wasn’t. On arrival the chalet was filthy and there was glass on the kitchen floor. I spoke to the out of hours team and luckily I got through to Dave who was very helpful and managed to get the some cleaners there next day and we were refunded some of our payment. I asked for a call from someone higher up in management but this never happened. I wouldn’t of stayed in the chalet but we went with other parties so didn’t really have a choice. The chalet wasn’t the best either, it’s very outdated, damp, half painted, doesn’t really work for a family and is more shabby than chic. There’s no photos of the bathroom and I now understand why. It’s a real shame as it has a lot of potential and there are some good features. I will attached a walk round video and photos online probably you tube so if you search Tom Holidays Fresno you will find an honest review of the good and bad features. So in summary Toms holidays didn’t clean the chalet before arrival and chalet isn’t in great condition. I unfortunately wouldn’t stay there again. There are other chalets on-site for the same price or a little more that are a lot better. I wouldn’t recommend booking Fresno unless the price was reduced significantly and even then I wouldn’t book a stay there myself. Upset that we had to leave a bad review.
Nice holiday place by the sea. Very nice self-catering bungalows with Easy access to the beach. Most are dog friendly properties. Views towards st ives are fantastic.
We’ve been coming here for years. And it’s always been good in my books. Having the beach right there is amazing. The sea view from some of the chalets are nice. We’ve never really had a fault with any chalet we’ve been in. We used to stay across in Lamorna, but we’re here rn staying in Osokoze and it’s very nice. Overall I’d recommend this place in Cornwall. :
Just back from a few days at 31 Tudor court, Tolroy Manor. Chalet looked lovely on the website and supposedly an upgrade to usual chalet but sadly disappointing in reality. Holes in curtains and lamp shade. Beds rock hard and plastic coated duvets which slid out of covers all the time. Furniture was dirty and sticky . Water pressure in shower not great at all.
Absolutely amazing... too much to list, but me and the family Absolutely loved it, Tom's holidays nailed it with this one... so friendly and polite house keeping and front reception staff our place felt like a home away from home, not like the other generic holiday resorts... if you're thinking about visiting, definitely search Tom's holiday website, I know you'll be pleasantly surprised... I'll definitely be revisiting this place.
We have just returned from a week's holiday, and have only good things to report. The chalet was immaculate, beds all made up with fresh laundry. A pint of milk, tea, coffee and sugar all there which was welcomed after a 450 mile drive. A fresh bunch of flowers was a lovely touch. Chalet was well equipped and we had a slight seaview. We will definitely be returning.
Always lovely to stay here . Easy access to the beach nice walks into Hayle . Lovely friendly pub down the road called the bucket of blood. Disappointed with the bluff in as its always are first stop to have breakfast but there was a problem in their kitchen so no food no hot drinks . The staff were friendly and apologetic x
Really quite average, not many utensils in the kitchen and old ones if that. Quite old furnishings, beds and bathroom were ok. Good location with nice walk to a lovely beach not far away.
We stayed at the Hayle site for a week with our grandparents who go every year. We left early unimpressed with the chalet. The site itself was nice and the view was incredible, but the house was not so much. There was no WiFi or signal at all in our house, which is not acceptable nowadays. I came away for a relaxing week but had to keep in touch with my parents who were abroad, and also my work emails. We were given a WiFi extender that no one knew how to use, I spent hours trying to fix it but the internet people said there aren’t enough routers. I had to either stand in the middle of a field to connect to their WiFi, or drive to a cafe and pay for drinks just to get some internet or signal to connect to my own data. I understand you don’t advertise WiFi, but in this day and age it’s expected, I wish we had been told before booking that there wouldn’t be WiFi. The chalet was small and the bunk bed room wasn’t big enough to move around in, let alone store enough clothes for a week. The floor was dirty, and so was some of the plates and dishes. The toilet was broken and wouldn’t flush properly, we informed you on Monday morning and didn’t hear anything back all week. One of the pubs advertised on your website as being nearby is only walkable if you walk along a very fast country road, which is very unsafe. Luckily the WiFi doesn’t affect my grandparents, but it left myself and my sister very disappointed.
