We came here for our main holiday and I was pleasantly surprised with the site. It was nice and clean. The reception staff we're great. If you had any issues with the caravan the maintenance team were very quick at coming out. The site in my mind is situated in a good area so you don't have to drive far to visit other places. The pool on site was good and so was the entertainment.
First ever time here, and did not disappoint, we spent most day off site but in eve the entertainment was amazing and the team. Caravan was nice, clean although cleaning chemicals was over powering all staff was amazing. Such a great first time experience. We had an amazing little view of beach, can also choose holiday home for extra cost, which is maybe something we would do next time. They had lots fun activities to do. Great overall.
First time at this park. Caravan not cleaned properly and freezer needed defrosting, we couldn't open it's draws from time to time. Poor service from bar staff on our first night here. All the other nights we got served by bar staff better. Entertainment team were amazing and all live acts were really good. Everyone was getting the crowd involved. The cherry cola cube drink was very nice, recommend if you have a sweet tooth like me. Swimming team are friendly and they also kept the place clean and tidy. The pool isn't too deep either. The Bluff Inn food prices we're not for us so we didn't eat here, we went to Brewers Fayre nearby instead. Got told if you display your check in card in your vehicle at The Bluff Inn car park then you have free parking. Arcade area is small but isn't too bad. The beach is lovely and the sea is just stunning. I suggest you go down to the beach at the top end of the park as there is quite a steep slope of sand if you try to go up that way. Overall enjoyed staying here for 7 nights with family.
A great place to stay. Well presented caravans which are clean. The swimming pool is great fun and the outdoor pool is also heated. There’s a fun slide and small pool too. Lots of children’s activities during the day. The on-site entertainment is entertaining! The beach is a short walk away and has a bar and cafe close by.
One of the best places we've stayed. Caravan was spotless and right bear the complex so we were delighted. We swam, played crazy golf enjoyed the entertainment and with a chip shop and pizza place on site we didn't go hungry. There's Costa coffee shop and ice cream The beach is stones throw away which is wonderful with a pub and beer garden overlooking it What a wonderful week we had We will definitely be back xxx
In my opinion, Haven Riviere Sands Holiday Park is one of the best located holidays parks in England. It sits on top of the cliff above Mexico Towans Beach. There's walking distance to the beach, down the cliff, between the dunes. The beach itself is very wide, clean and beautiful. Spending your holidays in this park gives you many options of leisure. You can walk the paths along the cliffs or go to the beach and spend a lovely time swimming in the ocean. Additionally you can use indoor and outdoor swimming pools or enjoy the evening entertainment. There is also a grocery shop where you can do your daily shopping. If you don't want to cook, you can eat in park's restaurant or you can order a fish and chips to your caravan. We love to return here. I highly recommend it. Playground: There is a playground with some swings, climbing structures and various attractions.
Good value for money, however, caravans are very close to each other so no room to sit outside the van really. Staff were very friendly and happy to help in anyway. Evening entertainment was generally good, especially for the grandchildren.
We just came back from a brilliant week at Riviere Sands. The location is really good for access to the beach with buggies etc! The mini market was very useful - the fresh baked goods were a bonus! We used the swimming pool 3 times with our baby it was perfect for him. The thing that stood out from everything was the staff… EVERY single member of staff was friendly and helpful we can’t praise & thank you enough : we’d love to come back again in the future!
Good holiday park for young kids, any kids older then 10 years old will get bored! Caravans are in pretty reasonable condition, a few bits of trim falling off which is to be expected. The beach which is a 5 minute walk from the park was worth the stay just to see it, beautiful. Overall an OK caravan park for young kids
Just come back from a week here at the site, we were very impressed, the site and caravan were very clean, the staff were exceptional! So friendly and will go above and beyond to help you. The entertainment team were fantastic and did so much for the kids aswell as adults! We hope we can visit again in the future very pleasant stay!
