I have to say that dealing with Llawnroc was a easy and efficient. my issue was resolved quickly and i had nothing to worry about. If you are willing to make the effort to get this resolved they will most certainly help you through it.

Disgraceful company.  Tried to fine me even though I had a valid ticket which I displayed.  When I sent across my valid ticket they didn't send the ticket back, just a letter to say I was being fined £100.  Lucky that I took a picture of the valid ticket with the notice charge before I sent it.

A little note to other comments below. Never nice to get a ticket but it’s always your mistake not the company who issued it!
I’ve dealt with Llawnroc Parking Services and they were so professional in there attitudes and use of vocabulary it’s a refreshing change from the normal brutes.

Dispicably low quality rip of private parking company. Defines summer as running to 31st October...who doesn't! Then charges £60 when you pay £2 for one hour rather than £3 for 24 by mistake....seems proportionate. Then charges £2 to pay by debt card...for which there is no transaction fee. Then own website doesn't allow payments to be processed. I thought these rip off companies were being banned. Expected more from Mousehole
