Excellent value fantastic birds very knowledgeable staff beautiful well kept surroundings. Bird flights and feeding is well worth watching. Food and drinks are a bit pricey but lovely picnic areas. We come here often as we're Cornish

We had a wonderful day with our 4 youngest children. They loved all the talks and stroking the penguin and feeding the lorikeets was amazing. The play barn was great fun for the kids and us adults too! Lovely gardens, just wish we'd gone in the summer so it was all in full bloom 😁

We only did the indoor play but but all three of ours loved it (ages 12months, 6yrs and 9yrs). Best bit was the huge Cornish pasties going down to 50p in the late afternoon. Seemed all the locals were there for that alone!

The soft play is great, but you can't take your own food and drinks in, and the ones you can buy are tiny and cost way too much! The birds don't look too happy or healthy and quite a few enclosures were empty. There is a train kids can go on, but it wasn't running the day I went, and the ticket price is astronomical- about £10 for a kid and £15 for an adult. You have to leave the park entirely if you want a cigarette. I didn't enjoy it. The kids had a good day though they weren't interested in the birds, only the soft play. We could visit a different soft play several times for the same money spent on one day here!

An enjoyable visit. The birds appear to be well cared for and the constructed route through the park ensures nothing is missed. The absece of litter and well tended gardens enhances the experience. Conservation is a strong theme throughout. It was interesting to read about their successes.
