These people don't know how to operate a cue fairly the owner like others have said is rude , service is often racist and inept most of the stuff for sale could be got cheaper in Asda or Poundland the service is rude in short such a business should have no business operating a trusted personal service such as a post office , this is the 21st century the money paid to such inept business to run the post office should instead be invested in ATM type self service till points where customers can serve themselves and not be at the mercy of as is too often the case rude and inept personal who you can always bank on working in a Sub Post office. The sooner the post office is sold off the better , other major cities have a central post office not Edinburgh what a joke I would rather deal with real post office staff not the miserable rude workers of a grotty corner shop that looks about 30 years out of date.

Rude and arrogant staff. Cheated my by charging a commission that was not in fact right and refused to give me a refund. Lied about who I need to contact and what needs to be done. Absolutely​ disgraceful.

I bought a bunch of large cardboard boxes there and a big roll of bubblewrap when moving my stuff out of my previous flat. Staff were helpful and the price wasn't too expensive.

Dishonest people, be careful! If you send parcel they quote you expensive ones and told you cheaper ones not available, if you buy travel money the rate is down to them not the website one. A lot of tricks there you simply can't trust them!
