Marked a internqtinally tracked long awaited Christmas gift package as return to sender after trying to deliver it once. Stating that the aparment number was NOT on the label which was definately not true. Did not try to contact me in any way possible and the item had to be returned to Canada. I live in fernieside and the mail mN hands the mail to neighbour next door who opened personal letters I am having to get mail diverted elsewhere he got my bank cards everything also important medical letters
Just bad the couriers drop parcel outside the building under signed and delivered and costumer losing the parcel.I went also to the Depo to claim the case and asking for help and Tue manager is useless.please don’t get expensive stuff using Royal Mail
Have had 4 items delivered in the last three weeks which are for other address. I am waiting on a letter from the hospital with test results, I just hope it hasn't been delivered to someone else or dumped through the letterbox of an empty property. Not sure if this is a postie or a sorting office problem.
Came here to pick up a package. Service was speedy, but opening hours are disappointing
Got envelope sent was to put three stamps on it but, nothiong knew, as the sender has had her mail opened,ripped and now started on me, send us three stamps and we will get it sent out, doall down still no letter she sent me#way,at eh8
