I don't understand the previous comments. The whole family are so friendly and helpful. I go there every day sometimes 2-3 times a day and we always have a good laugh. I love this post office ❤

Horrible place being run by rude staff, especially the ignorant tall man, he served someone behind me first on purpose, even though I was in front of the queue. He has a bad attitude. Him and his stupid wife need to learn manners. And they constantly have their elderly relative sat next to them on the phone who is useless. But the tall man is the worst, he's very fake, and insincere.

Absolutely awful service the man was rude & agressive and overcharged by £12 for posting a package. I went to the post office in Newington where they charged £12 less for exactly the same parcel. I've frequently heard this man being rude to customers and now having been on the receiving end of his rudeness I won't be going there again. Would advise anyone to steer clear of this post office. I will be lodging a complaint with Royal Mail.

The post office itself does not open until 9am and the cashier was quite rude about this when I asked.

I cannot give this place a good rating. I arrived to use the post office service at 0730 and was informed that the post office person was not in yet, they did not know when they would be in (it could be 10 minutes or half-an-hour) and he was unable to serve me. I asked if the post office would be open up to 1830 (as advertised on their shop front and the website) and was told that it would be. I returned at 1730 to find the whole shop shut! If a place wishes to advertise Post Office services they should be quality control checked. I am very disappointed with this place.
