This branch is extremely handy and clean, sadly what it lacks in dirt it makes up for in jobsworth staff. Having used the branch for some years due to its convenient location near to the West End, I can't say that I have enjoyed using it once. There is internet access and printing facilities here too. The postbox outside collects at 18:30 on week days- very handy

I have been using this Post Office regularly since the early 90s. I have found the staff to be consistently helpful and friendly. They are great!

I had a poor experience here. They allow people to push in front in the queue and don’t do anything. For currency exchange post office branches rates may vary, here was a very poor exchange rate for euros, order it online or visit another branch for a much better rate.

This is without doubt not just the worst Post Office but the worst customer service in any shop I have ever encountered. The unhelpfulness and rudeness of staff is unexplainable. This has been a continued theme for over 1 year, every time thinking it may be better this time, but no and more often than not worse than the last. On one occasion in seeking assistance to post a special delivery letter the staff were so unhelpful and rude that they had my friend leave the store in tears. That's unacceptable. I see others have had a similar bad experiences. It is just the manner with which the staff deal with people that is so unpleasant. People are made to feel so unwelcome; from posting letters, collections, drop offs, passport applications, even getting stamps you are made to feel like you are a nuisance. There is no question I will walk the extra distance to find another rather than suffer in here again. I have to give it a star to review so it gets 1 for looking like a Post Office from the outside and for having functioning shelves. Truly awful customer service and bringing the good name of the Post Office down.
