Although it is considered to be a post office there are not big envelopes for sale. Also, one member of the staff was kind of annoyed when he realised that I was a customer and needed assistance.

Criticism is rather harsh. I've always had great service at this Post Office. I've never had a parcel go missing when its been handled here, (unlike some other PO counters in Edinburgh) and I send stuff all over the world. The staff have always been friendly and helpful when I've been in.

Only rated 1 star because couldn't give it a minus one. Remember the reason I stopped coming here as Staff here are so impaitent and very rude. Course on customer service wouldn't go a miss used to like coming to this branch was a lovely girl shiree who was always pleasant and friendly never rushed and always helpful but now just staff who lack people skills and manners Shame really as manners cost nothing!! Won't be back

Completely agree regards staff though to be fair I put it down mainly to one member of staff. I looks could kill. You are made to feel like an inconvenience and service is with a frown, a huff and the occasional item thrown rather than passed across the counter.

Poor service, staff seem irritated that you're interrupting them by waiting to be served and let it show by being quite short with you. Been stood waiting and an older staff member looked at me as though I'd dropped a fresh one on the floor and huffed that "I'd just need to wait while she finished" - fantastic service!! Also had two parcels sent from this location go missing, could be a coincidence but never had any issues anywhere else so suspect incompetence here.
