Very poor customer service. I went to collect two packages from Amazon and the manager told me that one of them was there for three weeks - which is not true according to the tracking information I have - and that they were looking for me. While I apologised and thanked him for his service he didn’t replied at all. He was very rude, and that was not the first time.

everytime i come here there is an issue, first i was sold expired chocolate, then when i want to post something its either lost or damaged(because they didnt make it fragile). i'd rather go somewhere far than ever come here again, only came out of convenience

New management. Well stocked and much tidier with great customer service. I wish post offices opened after 5pm. Great local shop.
