I've used this Post Office for quite a while now for a number of things, not just posting letters letters, and I've always received brilliant service. They are knowledgeable and really helpful, happy to give advice on passport applications, mail redirection, and more. Last time I used them to post an ebay sale, and they couldn't have been more helpful - they advised on compensation levels, what service would suit me best, and (without me asking) re-sellotaped my envelope because it was re-used and was a little worse for wear. They even put the recorded delivery sticker over the old address, so the buyer wouldn't know it had been reused. Their attention to detail is great.
