I bought my first 3 manga from here, all in very good condition. Staff were polite and the place is stunning overall. Definitely recommended to those that love Anime/Manga.

Wonderful place full of plushies, squishies, badges, posters, keyring, Japanese treats and books.  So many different characters first time I have seen a Black Butler poster displayed in a window. Staff were very kind and helpful.  Prices are very good.  I am going to reccomend my friends come here A*

I loved this place! I went for my birthday and drove over 45 minutes just to come here! It is such a cute shop and I was lucky to go on a day it wasn't that busy which is quite lucky for such a popular anime shop! The stuff inside is quite pricey, but I can't hate the shop for that! I ended up getting a figure that is in perfect condition. Out of all the 25 figures I have ever brought, this one has the best paint job!

I do love Tokyo toys and it will forever always have a place in my heart. The staff are friendly and always have good energy with good merchandise and music playing as soon as you enter. What I hate to say about this shop is mainly the affordability. Alot of the stock is high price and alot of the small items your getting are not worth what you are paying. And I do feel like after several years this shop does need a upgrade its a great shop but barely has any room to move around and get a proper look at items.

A quirky little shop but it's massively overpriced which one would expect but for example double the price for a Japanese booster box? That's kind of outrageous  It's a nice shop to look around but for cards I'd go to magic madhouse who offer much better value

It's a little pricey due to imports but it's fun to walk around and look at all the things, I would spend so much money if things were a little cheaper.   My only real issue is how small the shop is so it's very uncomfortable and clostrphobic to walk though even worse when busy.

Ordered online and received a item damaged and in completely awful condition. Either the seller or courier is to blame and I’m really upset. Whilst the box appeared undamaged, my item’s box was awful. As a figure collector, you should know this is important. And to think you sold this above market for a preorder. Can’t tell but if you look properly, the window is smashed in from out of package.  Edit: promised a partial refund which they still have not delivered on!

So many kawaii thing's!! Great quality, well laid out store. The staff were all so helpful and happy.

HEAVEN. ON. EARTH!!! I spent £118 and I don't regret it in the slightest.  And it wasn't that items were expensive, it was all just too good to pass up! The staff were very kind and engaged exceptionally well despite being outnumbered by the hoards of customers flooding in. I'm autistic so I need support sometimes with things and felt bad about that since they had so many others to cater to, but like I say they were a extremely kind and understanding and I plan on returning next month or so to get another  Pokémon buddy for my Morpeko plushie ^w^

This store is honestly such a safe haven for those who are different such as cosplayers. Me and my friends have been visiting this store for ages now and have met quite alot of their staff who are all very helpful and have great customer service. Yes sometimes this store is busy but that's expected when it's one of the best in the city. At the end of the day,the staff and always very professional yet kind and welcoming with customer service. One staff member especially called Brandon has always been helpful with me and my friends as we often come to him for advice in the shop and he is happy to talk to us, recommend products as well as share his knowledge,be kind and exstremly professional. All the staff are very friendly but this is one member that has stuck out to me and my friends/ family as he is always willing to help us out all while serving and helping other customers.
