Easily one of the best shops I’ve ever been to. Martin is great help and a genuine lover of games. Huge range of stock especially games, only wish I’d have gone to him first!

I had a limited edition Marvel's Spider-Man 2 PS5 controller that got severe right stick drift and I took it here to be fixed. Since it was limited edition I asked for them to take good care of the controller. And they absolutely did just what I wanted. It took 13 days for the repair. Quite a wait but it was damn worth it. The staff were honest and knew exactly what to do to fix the stick drift. I completely recommend sending in any gaming accessories that you have to this shop. Thank you game smart. You were the perfect choice to fix my controller. Great staff who were straight to the point when fixing it

My friend and I popped into GameSmart this morning as first time buyers and we've bought plenty of good stuff here. The two owners were very chilled and they had a very positive attitude to us as they didn't want us to leave until there closure time. Man that felt like we've all known each other for years, lol One of them had also gave us both a tour round the place. My Friend and I found the shop on Instagram and also from some game collectors through YouTube. We would definitely return!

I have been to Game Smart quite a few times for multiple different things, including the buying of my USB Gamepad and newest Hori 2 ex fight stick.  I have nothing but respect and admiration for the store as it is definitely a one stop shop for all your gaming needs/ wants.  The staff is super friendly and definitely know what they're talking about when it comes from old-school classics to modern day sequels. This includes the chat that I had yesterday regarding Metal Gear, which is included with the stores in shop advertisement for social media, and got some really good information on Metal Gear 4, 5 and Survive. Top notch!  Everything from the retro to the modern day gaming essentials, all under one roof. *Chef's kiss*  I will definitely be shopping there whenever I get the chance to!

Came up from Bristol and managed to find some great ps2 and Xbox games, fantastic variety of consoles and retro games, everything I bought was in very good condition and very well priced, staff were friendly and very knowledgeable, will definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic experience in Game Smart, really really lovely bubbly people, had a really good chat with them, left us with achey cheeks from all the smiles and laughs! Picked up a fair few bangers from there too, there was a LOT to choose from at really great prices and we could easily spend way too much on stuff in there! Super happy that we made the trip down, easily one of the top retro games shops we have ever been to! Will be coming back very soon!

Amazing shop, I went in last week on Saturday to see if they can fix two ps5 controllers with one having water damage and the other having severe controller drift. Not only have they fixed it perfectly they did it at a perfect price which was 25 pounds. The staff were very help ful and kind. They also fixed on on time which was this week Friday. They did a phenomenal job in total and I highly recommend fixing gaming accessories from them. I took a peek at their game selection and that too was phenomenal. Thank you game smart.

Popped in for the first time today just to browse. Walked away a very happy customer. Daz was a gentleman. Really helpful and knows his stuff. The prices are very reasonable and impeccable service - will definitely be back for more PS1 goodies!

I visited the shop to see what they could offer me for some rare Street Fighter comics and assorted DC and Marvel graphic novels. They assessed all of them and completely insulted my intelligence by trying to say that the comic collection has previously sold on eBay for a tenner and the graphic novels were not worth much as they are selling them 2 for £10 yet when I looked at what they had in stock it was £8 per item.  They clearly do not appreciate what things are worth so I took the items back and now I have sold the rare comics for £200!  I had a total of 40 graphic novels and some immaculate comics over 26 years old! The owner is a rip off and I will not  be returning and will stick to private seller sites from now on.
