"Our Quiet Hour aims to create a calmer retail environment for autistic people by switching off the music, dimming lighting where possible and removing noisy demos. Quiet Hour runs for the first hour of opening. The Entertainer is one of the UKs largest toy retailers, currently operating over 170 stores. Great store, great staff, bigger than it looks too.  Kind of awkward layout as you can't get out if you don't queue at the tills without going all the way back around. Not useful if you're just browsing.  As a result it's sadly not Covid safe at all.

Good prices and sells toys you don't necessarily see on other toy stores such as super things

It's a really good sized toy shop with lots of different sections and lots of category of toys. You will definitely find something that your children like in this shop. It even has a small play area. My 4 year old son had a fantastic time visiting!

Great shop that is well stocked with a vast array of toys and games for all ages. Unlike a lot of toy shops, the aisles are wide and well spaced out with lots of room to browse without feeling claustrophobic a great thing when excited kids are in tow! Prices are really good too with lots of offers across the store.

Great ... had somewhere for the kids to play  whilst adults shop , it even has a soft play for under 6's

Didn't have what I wanted but staff member helped me when I asked him if the item I wanted was there just unfortunate that they don't sell it anymore. But helpful and friendly staff and the store was full and tidy to shop in.

Such an amazing range and very reasonable prices!

Place to be to get most trending toys. Looking to be our favourite place. We bought a few toys from here to review and we are excited about it
