Nimrah was amazing! She helped stuff my sons 2nd birthday bear. The heart ceremony was the sweetest, she got him fully captivated and involved, he loved it!

Amazing. Simply Amazing. I was overjoyed at how patient the woman was who helped us, she was made the whole experience such a happy one. We just popped in to have a quick look at the range of teddies but when my son went and watched someone "build-a-bear" themselves, he simply couldn't resist. We didn't feel rushed and didn't feel pressured to buy all the extras or anything like that. But I do wish we could go back and do it all again, because it was such a magical experience for my boy.

Travelled from Coventry to learn my daughter can’t use her gift cards here. Obviously I can’t disappoint her and had to buy the bear. This should be made clearer.

Never been to build a bear before.....was an ace experience! The staff totally made it! I wished the had remembered their names!! Darren maybe? Was at the entrance to meet us and totally sold the customer experience to me and my little niece. He made it so amazing! So helpful!!! Customer journey was good going onto the stuffing machine with a lovely gentleman as pictured he was ace too! The journey very much fell off a cliff after that but hey cant have it all! The guys at the start were amazing! It was special!

Went in to build a frog bear, the staff were lovely and very helpful, the bears are super cute, I will definitely be back in the future.

I spent 150 odd quid, and after looking at the receipt I saw they I’ve over charged me by 26 quid, it was part of the Black Friday deal where you get the second for a tenner. I came back to try an return it with the receipt but turns out they they the Selfridges one aswell, which I understand, but it’s ridiculous as I live about an hour away and it’s quite a bit out of my way to try and sort it out, I won’t be buy from here again

Fantastic.staff are amazing and welcome you as you enter. Kids love it..so many accessories , we got roller skates, clothes a lead and a bed.

Really good experience. The young lady that served me, the "bear builder" quite alternative with nose and lip piercings and multi coloured hair was absolutely adorable - clearly really enjoyed her job and knew the products inside out. The assistant manager was also really friendly and helpful. Together they made the experience magical which is great. Without great staff the product and experience would lose the magic so it's great they can keep the magic going. For the bear, stuffing, certificate, a t-shirt, heart beat, wish and voice recording was £36 which I think is reasonable for the fact it's something special and considering they have to take their time to guide you through the process. Would be nice if they did a student discount. Would recommend this place and gladly go back again in the future.

I followed Google maps directions but when it said I had arrived, the shop was not there! After waisting loads of time trying to find it I  discovered it is now a consession within Selfridges. Maybe the Company should change their Google map information? When I did find it I wished I had not bothered as they had not got the bear I wanted. I wasted £9 on the train and £3.40 parking at the station to find this out

Thank you to the build a bear staff who built my special furry bunny and made my experience memorable. I walked into the store with my partner and I was greeted straight away. The lady asked me who it was for and when we told her it was for me, she didn’t treat me any different being an adult. The person filling had a kind tone and was very helpful providing Information on the products and how long they last. All the staff are helpful and friendly and they should be rewarded for doing a fantastic job during peak trade.
