Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, lots of choice and customisation options, and the whole experience was cute and fun for not just kids, but adults too!

Not exactly cheap but a nice experience with pleasant and helpful staff. Budget £30 plus and you will be about right for one full price bear with a couple of extras. In and out pretty quickly, and my daughter loves her unicorn but will probably have forgotten about it in a week

My son loved it. Staff monitoring numbers in store. Maintaining social distancing. Staff engaged with the kids talking about the bears etc. I was a bit surprised at the till but my sons excitement and joy made it worth it

Fantastic.staff are amazing and welcome you as you enter. Kids love it..so many accessories , we got roller skates, clothes a lead and a bed.

Such a lovely experience with my granddaughters, great selection of soft toys and accessories reasonably priced with discounts for multiple purchases. Which is great for families. The assistants are amazing with the children and really involve them in choosing and making the toys. Loved this place.
