It’s clean and bright. Has a good selection of items across all genres and is generally well priced. It’s all set out very well and it’s easy to find what you need. Staff are on hand to help if needed and are knowledgeable and friendly. They also stock more unusual and hard to find items. All in all a good place to shop for all sorts of fan items from all genres
Found this one to be much better than the Wolverhampton branch I visited last month. 2 whole floors of interesting pop culture items. Still a lot of things that can be found cheaper online though. It's my daughter's absolute favourite shop so I've been in a couple of times now, and will no doubt be back many more times at her request. Very easy to get to on public transport, as it has a Metro tram stop right in front Bull Street.
Loved this shop. An abundance of merchandise and great selection of manga and comic books. Staff really helpful and the shop floor upstairs and downstairs very clean. Some good deals eg 3 for 2 on selected manga and generally well priced. Brilliant

Excellent customer service with a nice selection of items from most fan bases. Definitely a must if you're looking for a unique Christmas gift for a Sci-fi fan!
Has a wide selection of popular manga, usually with a 3 for 2 offer on, which usually makes it worth purchasing from here rather than Amazon or from other retailers. I like the shop layout and how different types of products are segmented as it makes for an easier browsing experience.
An amazing collection of books, games, models and just about everything else you can think of. Staff very helpful.
You will find a variety of action figurines , statues and more here, i bought my first Hot Toys from them , the guys from there are very nice and very helpful, everytime i go in Birmingham this is the first i visit .
Big store, bright and inviting. Clean and organised. Lots of great stock for collectors. Staff friendly and engaging. Picked up some great clearance bargains too.
Really nice store. Not too huge, but not small either. Just the right size to spend an hour or so browsing in. Clean and bright.
