A great Disney store if it's your thing, now selling a lot of Star Wars and Marvel Universe stock. The measure of a good toy store is how long it takes my little ones to do the whole place and leave. This place... well sometimes we might as well take up residence. The quality of the stock is great and the range is extensive. Try to catch a sale if you can't face regular retail price. Parking is easy and of you want to pay less go for Digbeth at £3 for the whole day and take the short walk in.

Very helpful staff that are welcoming, they greet you warmly as customers enter the store. It feels like a lovely, laid back atmosphere every time i visit. My only gripe is that there isn't much for adults, collectables or ornaments would have made a brilliant store even better.

Bit of a guilty pleasure looking around the store - but felt justified as I'd left my partner to search for some shoes to match an outfit for her upcoming birthday.  Staff ultra friendly, as you'd expect.  Prices, as you'd also expect, rather high.

I visit the store lots. We visited the store today to do some well deserved Disney retail therapy. The store is very clean, and spaced out. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Customer service was top notch outstanding! We particularly enjoyed speaking to the member of staff at the front of the store, and discussed all matters of Winnie the Pooh and our obsession with Disney. Lots and lots of items in stock and on shelves, some great deals and reductions in price on many items. Really happy with our purchases. All the necessary health and safety protocols in place.  If there is ever a visit to the Bullring, the Disney store is definitely the top priority place to visit.

Lovely and clean. Staff are always attentive and the greeter always speaks to you on the way in and the way out. Great variety of items... now sell more adult clothing and pin badges as well as Disney land paris merchandise. Great store!

The Disney store is great. You get what you pay for. It's definitely an experience at a price, but the kids love it so much, that it's always worth going. We hardly ever buy anything, but we love just looking and admiring our favourite characters and merchandise. Would highly recommend visiting. Had to rate it 4, not 5 due to the excessive cost of some of the items.

My son loves this place. His birthday/Christmas list expands rapidly as he's looking around the store! Staff always very friendly. Lots of pricey stuff but they also have some great sale items too. The Star Wars costumes have been good for discounts in the past when we're in there.

I love the Disney Store!! I'm like a big kid when it comes to Disney. It's nicely presented and ordered nicely in sections. The staff are super friendly and interactive. They have a selection of different Disney products. The sale section is a bargain which I tend to always buy from when I'm there. Good fun for kids and adults. Some things are pricier than others however it's expected as Disney is massive but definitely worth it. Can get a bit crowded depending when you go.

Absolutely love the Disney store service top class, first store in the plaza to make masks mandatory which I have the utmost respect for. Found what I wanted and was told I should come work for them! Anyone who wants gifts for kids or to just be a kid for a few minutes needs to visit this shop love it. Thank you for making my experience safe and pleasant.

Lovely shop and some bargains to be had! However call me petty but when the assistant asked if I'd like a bag I assumed it was going to be a bog standard carrier bag. But I was given more of a wipeable plastic bag I thought that's nice! Must be free when you spend a certain amount of money... only to see on my receipt later that i had been charged £2! Shouid of been warned really. Apart from that great little shop.
