This store does lots of good expensive clothing brands selling them for a somewhat reasonable price. It was extremely busy when I went in but it was expected as it was the Christmas period. There was a wide range of gifts for Christmas covering all ages but they were overly expensive. Staff were polite and friendly. Nice store :
I came here to collect an online order. I had a look around and it is very tidy. Everything is clearly sectioned. The staff are helpful and seem happy to work there.nGood range of shoes and homeware. Clothes rails were neat and nothing on the floor. Not a great selection of handbags/purses unlike the other branch but a good range of sunglasses. This branch has parking which is a bonus.nCan click and collect online orders by the entrance or at the till.nUpdate 29.09.2021 Christmas decorations are in store!
TK Maxx outlet 10 minutes outside of Norwich city centre.nnWe arrived at 10am and there were still plenty of parking spaces. The shop is located in a retail/ industrial estate and shares the parking with a few other large outlets.nnThe shop is a two floor space with men women's and kids clothes Separated out for ease of looking for specific items.nnAll the usual TK Maxx stuff: clothes, accessories, shoes, toys, small garden ornaments and light food snacks.
I was there with my daughters and I wanted to buy some nails to play with my eldest daughter who is 13 years old. and they didn't want to sell me the false nails because my daughter was not of legal age! I am Spanish and I think it is racism. She didn't lent me to pay and she didn't want to sell me the nails. SHe asked me for my ID as if I were a damn police officer. a stupid girl should be fired
This tk maxx has amazing stock and treasures. However, this is the worst store in terms of customer friendliness. I have been to so many tk maxx's all around UK and never faced such a bad customer service.nnThe store employees have the worst attitudes and the billing lady is the worst.nnShe got annoyed at me cause I had 40+ items to bill and told me if I'm buying so many items i should do it at another time. She was so cranky that she denied to scan my treasure card as well. Also, she messed up the billed items and had to redo, she started murmuring at my face and did all the rescans angrilly and some of the tags were even ripping apart.nnNo doubt that this store has amazing products including Moschino finds, but the staff is HORRIBLE!nnI will never be going back to this store only cause of the store employees attitude!!!nnHorrible experience!!!!!!!!
