A reasonably sized store, set over 2 floors, with a good selection of items, some of which are reasonably priced. There is certainly something for everyone, and it's worth a visit whatever you might be after.nThere is also a lift, in case you find stairs and a bit of a problem.
Found Kate on my experience today to be slightly rude. Queried regarding the price of an item owing to one part missing and despite other sale items of the same nature, she would not match the price. Lastly, her attitude changed quickly after this and was not asked simple sales questions as to whether I wanted a bag, or even my loyalty card. Will use the other branch instead.
I came here to collect an online order. I had a look around and it is very tidy. Everything is clearly sectioned. The staff are helpful and seem happy to work there.nGood range of shoes and homeware. Clothes rails were neat and nothing on the floor. Not a great selection of handbags/purses unlike the other branch but a good range of sunglasses. This branch has parking which is a bonus.nCan click and collect online orders by the entrance or at the till.nUpdate 29.09.2021 Christmas decorations are in store!
Quite excellent. We bought what we needed. But then had reason to go upstairs. Duty Manager Steven helped us to the lift and made sure we got where we needed to go because of my lack of mobility. While up there we spotted several items for our house move in March, so we got some and will certainly be back for more. 5 stars all around, though Steven got six for superb service.
This store does lots of good expensive clothing brands selling them for a somewhat reasonable price. It was extremely busy when I went in but it was expected as it was the Christmas period. There was a wide range of gifts for Christmas covering all ages but they were overly expensive. Staff were polite and friendly. Nice store :
