They either need to employ more staff here or close the store completely because it's completely useless at the moment. One staff member at the tills trying to manage ever-growing queue of customers is not enough and then waiting for your item for ages is another matter. It used to be completely different years ago, but I guess they used to employ more staff back then. Not shopping here anymore as it's too frustrating.

Friendly staff and reasonable priced items and you can order online and pick up instore

Computers are next to useless, customer service was poor but im not surpised as they looked short staffed, another big business cutting staff to a minimum for the sake of profit margins
