The Norwich branch of John Lewis is a generously sized department store located at the edge of the city centre. It has its own multi storey car park, which is handy, particularly if you're only looking to shop at John Lewis. It offers all the usual departments you'd expect, including a large haberdashery section. It has a couple of places to eat as well, with a small cafe plus a restaurant too. If I had one criticism, it is that the section for sports goods isn't particularly large or varied.

Truly shocked at the appalling customer service. Returned a phone that had broken and it was still under its two year warranty. Had to hand over the phone and then from that point I was completely left out of the loop. After a month with no phone and no contact from the store (despite me calling on several days, at different times) I have to go in store to speak to someone. Previously they had said it was the phone companies responsibility, then that they just needed to send of more info, then they then tell me I will not be getting my phone back. I believe it was lost or stolen as i wasn't even offered the phone back, then they say I am able to buy the newst update and I only have to pay the difference, which is NOT what I wanted. Eventually I got a refund for the phone, then I blocked the number so whoever 'lost' the phone wont be able to use it. Very disappointing, the phone should have been fixed as id payed for a two year warranty! I will not be purchasing anything from John Lewis again as the only reason I was willing to pay more for the phone is i thought i was getting a warranty and also a place where they have good customer service. I got neither.

The Place to Eat restaurant on the second floor is always great. It gets busy at times because the atmosphere and food are so good. They *have* recently changed from making their scones onsite to buying pre-made in, which is a bit controversial. They shouldn't have messed with them!

I went into the store to buy a mirror for my mother. The John Lewis delivery driver didn’t ring her doorbell and just drove off. Customer services were rude, called her a liar and wouldn’t help.
