I had the best customer experience in this store today! Served by Henri and assisted by Ally in the children’s department. My children needed new school shoes and between them they were excellent! Very polite, friendly and efficient with fantastic customer service skills! As a former business owner I understand how important, and what a difference a positive customer experience makes to someone’s day! Both of them deserve recognition for this and if I still had my business I would be offering them both a job in a heartbeat!
Quality store but there toilets to where the cafe is.nThe smell was dreadful even other customers complained.n2 toilets, 1 disabled.nBut so bad smell.nThey really need a good cleaning and freshen up.
Went in to buy a television and received amazing advice backed by brilliant product knowledge! Great care was taken in advising us of our rights! Hence the abc of successful sales. Give the customer what they want at a reasonable price and confidence in what they have purchased. Even found time to have a coffee!
JL is situated in Norwich ideally located to access the city centre, It's car park is available for public parking, not just the store, with reasonable parking rates.nIt's a popular store with lots of delightful stuff but if you can't find what you're looking for in store JL staff will tell you where you can find it, usually with-in easy walking distance.
We recently had a nursery appointment at John Lewis Norwich, and I wanted to express our sincere gratitude to Sally, who assisted us.nnSally was fantastic! She was incredibly knowledgeable about all the car seats and prams. She patiently answered all our questions and there were many! and offered helpful advice tailored to our specific needs and budget.nnWe particularly appreciated that Sally was not pushy at all. Sally's expertise and friendly demeanour made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable.nnThanks again, Sally! We would highly recommend you to anyone expecting a baby and looking for car seats and prams at John Lewis Norwich.
