I'm not really a house of Fraser fan - more a Primark kind of girl. But this the flagship store in Chapelfield. Went with mate who is into make up and they have all the big brands there. Also various concessions - Dorothy Perkins Top Shop etc. I always get lost in the store and struggle to find exit but that's just me. Can go Straight from car park into store so handy if you only want to visit one shop or visit house of Fraser first/last on shopping trip

Absolutely wonderful staff - a member waiting on each level to assist if required. I booked something for collection, and made my way to the top floor - mistakenly went to the wrong till at first but they politely directed me to the right place and offered to help me with what I was carrying at the time. The lady at the collection desk was excellent, friendly and personable rather than robotic. The machine she was using wasn't working properly so she went out of her way to make sure there was no delay despite technology failing us. Definitely made me want to come back!

Every member of staff I have come across behind the counters have been really friendly, courteous which has moved me to give the staff 5*. Always a pleasure to shop here with great bargains too!!

So many high end brands here! Always feel tempted to buy expensive things whenever I look around HOF, wish it was more affordable though!
