Was able to furnish my living room with help from Brighthouse. The staff ate always polite and very helpful.

Some staff go out there way to put the faults right but some have such a bad attitude but can't fault ken Mel and kerry them three alone get 5 stars but this review is bout something sandra messed up and her rude  manner when speaking to a customer whos been with them for good couple years now so this review is based on one incident that wasn't handled correctly  basic customer service skills Sandra are...... " the customer is always right"  but other then that Yeh the stores great if something breaks and you cant afford to by outright

Spent 2hrs in there to be told couldn't have another item was much better before they change the rules on how u can have credit we have 4 items off them never missed a payment for years the bloke in there is slow
