1st time to Norwich... Jarrold was a super store, with great stock at good prices, excellent displays, helpful staff and a cute little corner cafe. Not much choice here but comfy seats & good service. Will be visiting Jarrold again. A good store and to be recommended !

Went in to buy a suit, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Left a very happy customer. Very high quality.

Large choice among the departments though mainly focused on a higher end budget. Good if you've got particular things in mind to get as department staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Can be confusing which exist to use as it's a bit disorientating inside.

Restaurant top floor serves good food for a cafeteria style place. Lovely selection snacks to full hot meals/carvery. Queue system slightly aggrevating, slow and not clearly defined. Could also do with a main meal menu at the beginning of the queue for hot meals as well as at the end after you have committed. All in all nice place very popular with retired folks- ergo good value.

Always good service in the only truly original independent department store in Norwich. Often some genuine sale items available. A great and respected retailer in the city.
