Went in today for a particular item. Picked it up and was approached by a member of staff who said that the price had gone up, even though there was a sticker on it saying % off and price now x amount. I disputed this so she went to speak to a man wearing a suit and a sense of self-importance, who took the item off of me and in front of my eyes stood and peeled the % off label from the box, saying the price had gone up. I did protest but the first member of staff just stood there and the little man in a suit couldn't have looked any more disinterested, and said that the price was now x amount, before walking off. I had checked online before going to the store and again when I got home and it still says % off and the lower price. Terrible customer service - the store had to close down once already and since re-opening should treat customers a lot better. Spend your money elsewhere - I will be.

I went into the store a week ago. I had a lovely experience in the store and got what I needed the young girl who served me was very kind and helpful however my experience shortly changed when the young lady who was serving me was rudely interrupted by an older woman who is another member of staff within the store. This older women showed no respect towards fellow employees and had very poor customer service. It made a very bad atmosphere. However the other members of staff were very nice. Just ashame that one individual lacked to show basic customer service.

The place where one sales girl forgets to take off security tag from an item and when you go to return it along with receipt the othe sales girl behaves rudely with you ,not keen on going in again
