Arrived at 10:10 and shop was closed. Sign said a few minutes. Returned 11:20 and it was still closed. However when putting shopping in car I noticed chap returning to shop so I ran back down only to be told he was closed as he had other things to do and the nearest Timpson was Airdrie. Why advertise open 9-6 when you’re clearly not! Certainly not the service I expect. Complaint lodged with head office
Visited the store about 4.30pm to have boots heeled and was advised they would be ready after I’d done my shopping - excellent service!!
Got charged twice as much as my mate who recommended them. Discovered they are on commission and are penalised for not hitting targets. Are just out to rip people off. Will never use them or any of their company’s again.
Timpson Craigmarloch's staff are absolutely fantastic, service is above & beyond. Although the staff members change due to it being a seven day a week store the consistency remains. There are certain staff who are even better than a five star rating but definitely none below.nnPaul
Excellent service and a good range of services from a local shop - dry cleaning, key cutting and a lot more. Highly recommended and I'll continue to use.
