The Marley 15 year roof guarantee isn't worth paper it's written on. Roofing contractors Fort Roofing for example flogging the guarantee use it as a sales pitch. Once you've paid them, they don't want to know. Marley and roofing contractors who use their materials are 'in bed together' in the sense that contractors get all-expenses paid days out with them. So Marley are not impartial when it comes to poorly executed work done by contractors. The 'inspection' of roof work is also a 'drive by' glance rather than a proper examination. So, in short, there is a lot of PR going on to con customers into a false sense of security with the 15 year guarantee. Buyer beware.
Dont bother listening to their spout on how good their guarantee is, I have a roof full of badly mixed roof tiles where the tile in parts is still sand, They dont want to know. Not interested, Nada, Zilch. The good bye and good luck approach is all you will get.nStuck with a bad leaky roof, Cheers Marley
