I recently attended the Met1 & RegT1 courses at the centre and I have to say it was a blast. Paul and Jackie were very helpful/knowledgeable throughout the sessions and answered questions with patience and knowledge. Keep up the good work and thank you for your time, it was a pleasure learning from you.
The team at ETA were amazing. Would highly recommend. I have done my gas, Ashp and other qualifications over the years at the centre and every time the trainers to the office staff have done everything they can to help when it was required. Nothing but 5 star service
This company is the worst company ever doing a course with. Very unprofessional, cancelled classes due to lack of staff, due to leaks in the building, equipment used is not up to current standards. All this company cares about is getting your monthly payments and not interested in how to get you qualified as soon as possible. Would not recommend for anyone looking to get into Gas / Electrical. The owners/management just like to blame everyone else like the trainers the students for the failings of the business and say everything is great and there is no problems there equipment is all brand new and everything that is wrong must be someone else's fault maybe they should take some responsibility and accountability for this as its there company, I can count on one hand how many times someone has addressed an issue and i have lost count how many times the blame is always a member of staff is no longer employed there, so cannot defend themselves.
I attended E.T.A this week for my L.P.G certificate. The team were brilliant from start to finish. Would highly recommend if your thinking of doing any future courses.nnSpecial thanks to Ryan and Gavin for talking the time to answer all my questions.
Was back at ETA this week to do the EV charging course. As always, all staff were very friendly and instructors make the course interesting and engaging. A great training centre ran by great people.
