1st time using a Laundrette as having a kitchen extension. The service is just brilliant - our whole experience was so welcoming and the guy behind the counter is so friendly and helpful! A very clean and airy laundrette - our clothes were washed and dried within 1hour of their service. Will be going again even when our kitchen has been completed!Service: Laundry wash & fold
Have been using the laundry and dryer for many years, very helpful people all of them love talking to the lad , the traveler. So friendly and helpful nothing is to much trouble, customer service spot on , may it continue, thank you all.
Went to do a month load of washing today. Gentleman in charge was genuinely helpful and kind when assisted me with operation of the washers / dryers. Thank you! It is a clean and organized launderette. Will be back again if required.
Very helpful and friendly staff member. The shop is clean and so are the machines. Would definitely recommend it for people who are looking for self-service laundromat. The shop has 9 washing machines with different load sizes and 7 drying machines that run for up to 20 mins. Made my life so much easier. A 40° wash could take up to 28 minutes with a pre wash cycle. Prices are within expected range. Machines do not take one pound coins, only 2 pounds and 50p.
Tilehurst Launderette have just cleaned our double duvet. I have used them a few times for big cleaning. I have no problems with the service or the launderette cleaning or dry cleaning. Recently I handed our duvet on Sunday for cleaning and it was ready on Monday. I collected it on Tuesday evening after work. The gentleman who served me was polite, kind and very helpful. I collected the washed duvet and bag of detergent etc. However I forgot the bag I had originally handed the duvet in. My partner reminded me and I went to the launderette on Wed evening to ask about the bag. The same gentleman produced the bag instantly. He said he had realised there was another bag because of the tag and had ran after me on Tues eve but I had been too quick.
Staff are brilliant and extremely helpful.
Went today around 5.30pm and not very impressed.Note on the door said back in 5 min.Last wash 5pm FYI..although they close at 6. The guy seemed annoyed when he opened the door.Then he told me they don't dry clean the curtains I wanted cleaned...they are black out ones..
Thank you for your warm welcome. Very reasonable prices, and staff very accommodating. the place is very clean and would definitely use again if needed. Highly Recommend based on experience.
