I have used this service when the new management has taken over it. The person who came to pick up did not understand my instruction. I asked for just ironing but after taking the clothes the actual working lady put them for wash. She rang me after washing them! After clarification my ironed clothes were returned but one pink shirt had blue stains on it. When I contacted they did come back and washed it again with ironing but it is a hassle to go back for the fault of their service. It is a risk to give them clothes!
