Absolutely brilliant, their cleaning is immaculate, friendly service. Competitive prices (cheaper than Timpsons) and you get that personal touch you don't get anywhere else. I've been using them for about 3 years and one of my suits they always have to do twice because of the material and bless 'em they never charge double! Highly recommended, keep the locals in business!

Used the service at Bobby’s today for the first time.

Firstly the lady that served me was soo lovely and polite my clothes came out super clean and also a jacket that I have owned for years with lots of bobbles on now looks good as new. 

Thank you soo much I will definitely be using this service regularly.

Friendly and helpful beyond the call of duty. They sent an item off-site for specialist cleaning for me, then without my knowing, sent it back there because it wasn't fully clean the first time. Unfortunately I needed it back on a specific day, and it was still in West London somewhere. The man in Bobby's drove off that day to pick it up for me! Definitely recommend the great service from these wonderful people.
