Joke. Gave a jacket, went back to pick it up two days after the set date and it was not there. Went back two days later, it came with a label that 'it could not be cleaned further without causing damage'. The funny thing is that a brand new stain had appeared out of nowhere. And I had to pay for this. Felt the service was impolite when I said I can't pay for it. They said they will send it back for cleaning. Now afraid that it will be damaged. Very bad service for a dry-cleaning shop in central Reading.

This place is just awful and dangerous. I came to drop off some laundry and the older blond/grey woman behind the counter was shouting at a short stocky bald guy stood by the door. She then picked up some thing and throw it, it smashed. I left. I heard her then scream Ken look you have made that customer leave. Believe me lady you made me believe. I feel sorry for the guy!

This place is a joke! I don't even want to give 1 star, they are the worst dry cleaners I have ever encountered. I don't think they do anything with your clothes apart from taking your money. I gave 2 jackets and 2 dresses, everything came back the same, I really don't think they cleaned anything. They are horrible, do not recommend at all.

Abysmal! Ruined my girlfriends feather coat. Didnt want to take any responsibility for it yet the last time I checked they are the professionals are they not? You dont expect your car to come back damaged from a professional garage so im not sure why dry cleaners feel they have the right to ruin peoples clothing?!!!! If you want your clothes/coats cleaned I suggest you do it yourself. Terrible Terrible Terrible
