AVOID DO NOT USE THIS DRY CLEANERS. Warning - The only 5 star review for this Dry Cleaners was written by the Director I checked this with their entry in companies House. I went to this dry cleaners at about 9am and the lady, in her 50s with dyed blond hair, had a cigarette on the go which we was trying to hid under the desk and when I spoke to her I had to take a step back as she smelt of stale alcohol and body odour. She treated me like an inconvenience and was clearly hungover. When challenged about her state she said "What do you expect I am a raging alcoholic". I left I was not entrusting my expensive clothes to that. The establishment was shabby and dirty. I would not give this any stars I believe the lady here was a liability, rude and clearly does not know what customer service is.

I arrived mid afternoon to pick up some dry cleaning that i needed for the evening to find the shop shut with no explanation as to why it was shut. I was unable to get my outfit which I needed for that evening. When I eventually found the shop open another day the women just said oh I was busy that day and could not be here.

They close at 17:30 however when I shown up before 17:25 they were already closed - the lady at the West Street branch plainly refused to open the door. I managed to google the phone number and be transferred across branches by 17:27 where I had a conversation with her. She said, by the time I had got there she had already cashed up and I would not be able to collect my clothes - well how convenient for her. If this is how they treat their customers - how are they treating my clothes? It isn't very often a dry cleaners gives me no hope in the human race anymore, but today this is certainly the case...
