Paid 3 pounds to dry some clothes for 30 minuted only to find they were just as wet as when I first put them in the dryer.

The WORST service EVER!!
I went there to wash a duvet, the lady who was there explained how to pay 6 pounds, where to put the soap and the conditioner to wash the duvet but "forgot" to say that afterwards it could not dry !!!
It's just make money!!!
Customer loyalty does not exist!!!
