Went to Polar to have my 2-piece suit dry cleaned.
Absolutely fantastic job, no damage to the items, got out marks that had been there from a previous dry clean. They were also extremely accommodating turning around the suit in a short amount of time.
Also offer a reward scheme, worth the travel out of Reading to use this service.

TERRIBLE:

Very unprofessional, I would not recommend this company at all. They burnt my coat, returned it to me without mentioning the damage. Mislead me, offering a full refund for the cost of the coat and did not honor this. instead, only refunded me half the cost of the coat - which took two weeks to receive. 
 
You have been warned, this is not a customer focused business I will not be using their services again.

This is the most reliable, efficient and friendly cleaners I have ever used! They are always ready to help and clothes are always returned in perfect condition.
