Rang up to complain about my jacket to the owner or manager but so women put the phone down as soon as i said i need to speak to the owner NEVER GOING AGAIN

I gave my expensive burberry coat to dry clean and it came the same dirty! I went other dry cleaners and they were shocked it got cleaners sticker. Woman haven't refunded me, haven't apologised, nothing! Worst service ever ever!!!

Worst customer experience I have ever received. I took 10 shirts (£50 per shirt) to have them cleaned and ironed. They turned them around in less than a day, all good so far.... I didn't check the shirts until the next morning, when I went to put one on.....covered in tiny specks of blood. ALL OF THEM. £500 worth of shirts just gone.....The person ironing the shirts clearly had a cut finger or something....Called the lady in the shop, she didn't care. Wouldn't help me and hung up on me repeatedly, even though I was as cool as ice with her....DON'T EVER USE THESE PEOPLE, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS....
