I would rate zero if I could!!!!!nnBasically this company is absolutely dishonest, they take your money online and then they don’t deliver your items!!nI spoke to their customer service department. The lady on the costumer service was very rude and unhelpful, hence I asked to speak to the management department, however she told me that this wasn’t possible but they will call me back, which they have not done !!!!!nI also asked to file an official complaint and she also said it wasn’t possible!!!!!nAccording to the law, all companies MUST have a complaint procedure in place and this company doesn’t have one, according to Manoi the lady at the customer service!!!!nThis is obviously against the law, and I will chase this matter through trading standards.nnShe also said that I have to wait one week before they can issue a refund!!!!nI can’t understand why I have to wait that long to receive my money!!!nnI don’t think they are honest at all!!!nI will have to start legal action against them if I don’t receive my money back.nnHonestly, this was the worst online shopping experience I ever had! Avoid this company!!!!
This store is amazing, quality products and great prices. Their staff are extremely insightful and helpful.nnThe reason for 4 stars is due to the delivery. We made our order weeks in advance and asked them to delay our delivery for a specific date until we had our keys for our new home which they kindly put a request to their delivery company for. The delivery company attempted to deliver the goods 6 days befor the date we requested and they sent us a text with the correct date of delivery and later changed it back to the earlier date.nnI don’t blame Tile Mountain for this as when we spoke with their staff they were incredibly friendly and tried to make things right - but unfortunately we were told the communication to the delivery company is slow between them. We had arranged all sorts of flooring, furniture and goods with other companies who were able to gurantee and easily able to arrange our delivery for a specific date when we gave them weeks in advanced notice, but Tile Mountain were the only company to tell us that they couldn’t gurantee it but they will try which they did.
OMG, this place is amazing, I ordered tile samples,which arrived really quickly, Went in to the store for a look at the full-sized tiles and found the team more than happy to help, even suggested some tiles I hadn't thought about. They wanted to know what style I liked, and I told them I wanted my bathroom to feel like a holiday spa I could relax in. I would recommend the company, their team, and their products to everyone. Thank you.
Just been in to looking to purchase 120m2 floor tiles and tiles for 3 bathrooms. Was in store for 35 minuets, no other customers in store. 3 staff members sat at the desk chatting, having a brew, on their phones etc. No one approached us or offered to help. Didn’t even acknowledge us.
Usually, I buy online for my business but decided I'd go in and pic up...its just a showroom which you look and order. Have to say, though, so worth a visit to view their great range at affordable prices. I'll be sending all my customers there to view before they buy
