Highly Recommend. Wide selection of tiles at much lower prices than other stores. Lads were very helpful too.
Would definitely recommend. Adam and his team really go the extra mile to sort things out if there are any problems. Prices are very competitive
Customer services is superb. However, delivery of my goods did cause me stress. Al Murad has since apologised. Return of broken tiles has been easy and customer services has been very supportive.
They selling expired till adhesive I have big problems after done half my shop all coming out by self cost more than £600
Whent in last week, was helped by mazhar and khadija, they where amazing had so much time and helped me a lot with floor tiles ended up spending a lot of money, great service and a great team
Really poor. I ordered some tiles a week ago to pick up from the local branch. I checked in store yesterday as I hadn't heard anything and they refused to engage, saying I should just call customer service. I went back today and got them to call customer service who told me the tiles weren't in stock but hadn't bothered to inform me. Awful customer service.
Not bad tiles, but very rude salesman, which made very rude comments about fitting tiles by our tilers team a front of our customer, and he been absolutely wrong with his opinion. He should better concentrate on his sales work instead messing about someone's work without own qualification. Very unprofessional. Ps. As you see mate on picture below ready mixed adhesive for porcelain tiles exist!
Great place for tiles and bathrooms friendly staff and very helpful
Excellent range of tiles ion display over the two floors at the Stockport branch from low cost to large blingy tiles Staff have always been helpful Worth a visit at least if you have a project coming up!! Doesn't cost anything to look!!
