Don't bother going near here if you expect an attentive and user-friendly shopping experience. I visited here recently as the charger lead for my mobile had failed. I was told that I would have to pay for a replacement as the lead was "Not part of the phone (?) and did not get a more satisfactory response. The couldn't give a damn attitude in which my dismay was handled was DISGRACEFUL. The two staff members I spoke to were not fit to work in a retail environment and I will be taking the matter up with 02. Such a contrast to the staff in the Manchester outlet.

Fantastic! I visited this store today with a replacement phone with my husband. The young man who helped me was very helpful, patient. He took his time to deal with my problems. Well done ! Good customer service , manners and very pleasant. Mrs Johnson. Sorry don't know his name.

Paul is a great employee and made the experience of buying a new phone enjoyable and interesting. He is very knowledgeable and clearly explained the benefits of the 'OnePlus 5T', leading me to purchase the OnePlus instead of the 'Google Pixel 2' a couple of weeks ago. Furthermore, he is also very talented in the Persian language! I definitely recommend you speak to him if you go to this store.

Fantastic Customer Service given by Paul yesterday! A massive THANK YOU again for being so patient whilst you sorted a new phone out for my Mum! So glad we didn't buy the phone from Carphone Warehouse, as we saved £35! I just didn't like their attitude or manner at all! Would highly reccommend Paul at O2!!
