We went to pets at home and my daughter found her best friend nibbles , she's adorable , would like to say a massive thankyou to the lady who dealt with us not sure on her name but she also had a hampster called egg , she's went above and beyond spent a good half a hour with us to make sure my daughter knew all she had to know about looking after nibbles , carnt thank her enough as she picked my girl the right friend for her , she is so sweet and is a dream , here a couple of pics of my girl and her best friend, she even cuddled up with her and both fall asleep , I love this store all staff are amazing even more so with children.
Pets at Home Stockport is our dog’s absolute favourite place and where she is her happiest and most confident self! All the staff are amazing, but Chris goes above and beyond every time. Juno our dog completely adores him and is always pulling us around the shop trying to find him. People like Chris are exactly what Pets at Home should be all about. No matter the indent on our bank accounts… we’ll be back every week!
May 2022 Took Patch for his 1st set of injections. Staff were lovely and welcoming. Vet, tad abrupt but friendly with it. August 22 In for flea treatment and getting weighed. Ridiculously busy but they quickly weighed and prescription issued. Always a pleasure.
I moved further away, but after using a local vets I've come back to Vets4Pets because I have more confidence in their skills. The head vet, Jack, immediately identified major issues that the other vet had missed in our elderly cat who had seemed distressed. Great vets.
Extremely upset and disappointed and angry that they claim to have carried out washing and grooming and just as we were picking the dog up get a phone call to say the dog had a wee and rolled in it . Definitely out of character for her they said they would re do her but we would have to pay again. The dog was brought out and one person saying she rolled in it another said she had laid in it then said she had sat in it. The also had some poo attached to her tail.after many words I did end up very reluctantly paying for a poor service .they supposedly had rinsed her and dried her off but she was clearly still damp. Would never recommend this service don't even think it deserves one star to be honest . No discount offered or anything I do regret paying but just wanted to get out of the place.
Staff very friendly and helpful at Stockport Pets at Home. However, also visited store at Handforth Dean where the staff were totally unhelpful and seemed to be more interested in holding personal conversations rather than assisting me with an enquiry. They did eventually respond but with completely false information.
I was a bit disappointed really being such a big store. My first time there and found out after leaving they have a VIP card which no one offered to me. I left with very little and will go online for a cat carrier and litter tray to get more choice and better value. They were also out of a particular cat litter and the lady I was with who runs a cat charity was very inconvenienced by this as she buys in bulk so had to but an inferior product.
First off want to say a big thank you to Malcolm from the Stockport store today 05.08.2022, he went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service to us, even from standing in the que you could see how much happier customer's were being served by him, a credit to the company and we look forward to coming back and seeing him! The shop had vets inside which is handy and great selection of products at reasonable prices.
No trouble buying a Gift Card at the till, but - come on Pets at Home! Surely you could offer an electronic gift voucher that could be purchased on line.
Very friendly, kind staff. Plenty around for asking queries and for mopping up canine puddles I'm assuming. Big variety of food, litter and accessories. Kind young man on the till, helped me to download an App , so I could belong to the Loyalty Scheme and have a discount on my purchases. Staff 5 !
