Terrible job. I will never be going back again. have done a terrible job of cutting him I ask for his hair to be cut as short as possible due to him having bad back legs. Completely ignored what i asked for and kept all his hair long. I left a note when booking the appointment about my dog having bad back legs etc and needing extra care as it is super sensitive due to his condition. Got there after the terrible groom to find out they didn’t even read the notes. On top of this when we called back up they tried to LIE and say the notes didn’t show up when another employee said that they did but they just didn’t read them. zero communication. He now is struggling to walk, not standing on the hard floor at all like he’s scared or it or it’s hurting him, keeping his foot in the air and hobbling around. He will not move off the living room rug, even for food which is very unlike him. I am more than disappointed with this service and they didn’t even give a resolution all they did was make up poor excuses.
Was told I couldn’t buy these fish for a 6ft tank because it was to small said well I have a out door pond she also refused saying they won’t survive and I couldn’t buy them and refused to sell them to me and left me 5 year old buy crying as we left with out a purchase. Was later told at another place I went to not only these fish ok in a tank of 2ft at least they be fine in a pond . This lady had no clue or knowledge of this and very very very poor customer relations. I won’t be going back. Shocking treatment and shocking knowledge of the fish they were selling
Took my dog for a nail trim and they cut one of his nails too short, causing it to bleed. Although they helped stop the bleeding.This experience made me question their handling skills.nIf you plan to bring your dog here for nail trimming, please think twice and consider whether you are okay with the risk of your pet getting hurt or bleeding.
My elderly 21 year old cat had developed a terrible urine infection overnight and was bleeding, wouldn’t eat, and didn’t want me near her which was unusual, I managed to get an appointment straightaway and took her in.nSadly due to her age and other problems she had to be put to sleep. I was and still am devastated it was Friday 13th 2026 The vet, and the staff were absolutely wonderful. They treated my cat with respect and warmth and they were so kind to me too. So a huge Thank You to everyone at the clinic. And I recommend them wholeheartedly. Also, their prices were very reasonable too.
