I am so disappointed with Virgin media went to the shop but they told me that I could only call to get assisted with my account issue. I have called more than 3 occassions. It is almost a month since I purchased my quickstart box, it took a week plus to receive it and when it arrived I can not able to connect to the Internet. Yet I followed the installation process provided. They said they would call and send a technician but not done yet. It is now 3weeks since I opened an account. I am disappointed beyond words. I would never recommend them to anyone. I just want to fi d another provider
The store in Stockport only deals with Virgin Media TV & broadband not mobile enquiries. No help at all and no other stores in Manchester area. Wanted a face to face discussion re upgrade not just online.
Went into the store this morning to update and replace my wife’s mobile phone. Service and assistance from Ryan was excellent and first class!! Ryan assisted and with great integrity in giving us a contract and phone that was right for my wife.. This I respect and appreciate. Well done
Came into the store to get a better deal on my sim only plan as I was at the end of my 12 months contract. The staff are all very friendly and helpful to find what’s right for you. I was made a coffee and sat down with Ryan who helped save me £8 a month on a new deal vs my previous plan. Thanks again
Have always called into the store as staff have always been very helpful. As a not very tech minded person I always find them patient and welcoming. They also don't force you into a sale. In fact last time I came out with just a Sim contract as I was still happy with my phone. Today I did want a new phone and as as happened before got advice and information from Kate and came away as usual very happy
There no Virgin Store, the Virgin Company med with O2, but they are not able to help Virgin customers, only if someone wants to start a new contract. So disappointing
Excellent shopping experience. Called in to upgrade 2 mobile phones, and got a couple of quid saving by mixing our domestic and mobile tariffs. Joe was our customer advisor. Great guy, thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and courteous. If you want VM, this is the place!
I've been into this store several times and the staff are fantastic. Nothing is ever to much trouble. I called in today for help with a sim card issue and Kate not only was able to check to see if it worked she was able to replace it and set up the phone. Excellent customer service
Bart was really helpful with setting up the phone for me. Service has been excellent, he also helped me move my number over from different network. I could get the handset cheaper as retention from my network but Bart's expertise and confidence swayed me towards Virgin Mobile. Thank You.
I visited the store today to enquire about virgin media services. The store was busy but Ryan, who believe is the store manager, acknowledged me straight away. I'm not the most up to date with the latest technology but Ryan was able to explain everything to me easily. I came away with new media services having felt no pressure to sign up. He has a great way with customers and a credit to the company.
