I would also like to give praise to a member of staff at B&M Cheadle Heath Stockport too. I read a review from another shopper about this member of staff whose name is Pamela. She is the most attentive, polite and helpful shop assistant I have come across in many many years. She always greets every customer with a smile, asks them how they are and if they’re having a good day and tells them that she hopes they enjoy the rest of the day, evening or weekend, whichever is appropriate. No matter what time of the day she’s on her shift she is ALWAYS the same attentive, kind self to everybody. She is definitely an asset to B&M and deserves to be given credit for her outstanding customer service and genuine “niceness”. I hope other shoppers who see this review and realise that they too have been served by Pamela can perhaps sing her praises too

I went to buy garden seeds and was advised by someone at the door that they didn't have any more flower seeds that what was displayed at the entrance when asked. This is not true!! My first time here today and I can safely say this is the best b&m I have ever been. It's so specious and full of goods starting from food ending up with toys and flower seeds and pots. Fully stocked up and a very reasonable prices. Very easy to get to by public transport if you don't drive. Eventually after browsing around I found what I needed in a corner of the shop near the tills, otherwise would have gone to Morrisons next door.nFurthermore, today I have experienced a poor customer service. Bought 3 plants dead cheap at sale section, which should have only come up to £2. Lady on a till scanned the barcode which came to £1.50 each. I tried to explain to them then why they put £0.70 on a plant pot when you charge £1.50. people on tills don't bother to say thank you etc and try to justify their actions. No thank you no bye . Stuff on tills recently are very snotty and miserable , rude with a big A attitude.

I feel like I live here. I come for the garden centre stuff. As it's the cheapest around. However the plants are often on their last legs! LolnSoil is cheap here. It's also a good place for cheap toys. And stocking fillers!

There is a lovely lady that works on the tills in the bnms Cheadle store. I checked her names badge. Her name is Pamela. What a beautiful soul she is. Every time I visit this store her customer service skills are outstanding. She greets every customer with the same energy at all times during the day. I've been in the store early morning and later on in the evenings and she greets every one with the exact same lovely positive polite energy at all times of the day, always makes polite conversation and is always happy. Working in a busy customer facing role can be very hard work and very draining as customers aren't always very nice but this lady is just brilliant. It's an honour to be served by her when I go in to this store. She makes each visit so lovely and I always walk out smiling. Protect Pamela at all cost. What a beautiful soul
