Looked on Thrifty 's website, wasn't sure so phoned. Jim SUPER helpful, talked me through all the necessary prove who you are paperwork. Pointed out that online booking was cheaper but no refund for early returns. Car was upgraded for me. Excellent handover. Very efficient service when I returned vehicle with a most welcome gesture of a lift to my own car. If I ever need to hire a car again I will most certainly go back to Thrifty, Warwick, exemplary customer care. Thank you

Best price I could find, asked for an economy aygo, given a brand new 308gt for same price - gave me a lift to my car at end of rental - superb service.

Thrifty saved my bacon the other day. I turned up early without any notice and in a hurry. They speeded me through the hire paperwork and got me on the road within half and hour. A good team. Thankyou.
