Efficient, helpful and reasonably priced for a small car rental. I ended up having to have the car for longer than expected but absolutely no problem just took a quick phone call. 

Pick up and drop off service was excellent. 

Would recommend!

When I was shown around van the inside was dirty with building debris and not cleaned out   When we checked the inside a warning message came on saying the van needed mechanical attention the lady asked the manager for advice and he said it would be ok to drive as I wasn't going far   I drove the van down the road and the warning message stayed on and a message came up about the wheels. I returned the van at which point the manager ignored me but another member of staff hired me a better van for the same cost. I STILL CANNOT BELIEVE The MANAGER WAS HAPPY To HAVE A MEMBER Of THE PUBLIC TAKE OUT AN UNSAFE VEHICLE I WILL NOT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN

It was delayed slightly because previous renter left the vehicle in an untidy state. The Redditch staff explained the issue and I was not in a rush so it was OK. Kudos to all the staff!
