Had a positive hertz experience at a German airport before but this time we hired locally.
I paid for it upfront and my boyfriend had to drive. Then the lady at the office told us that the person who paid is also assumed the driver. Bad assumption Hertz! And not clear enough on your website. An ask before confirmingmy booking would be required.
So we had to pay another tenner for an additional driver and  additional charges were added which hertz couldnt explain to us. Too many hidden charges, charges noy clear.
Never again!

Hertz Rent a Car next to the Railway station at Stratford upon Avon, 
It was so pleasant going to this place to hire a car all the staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the car was clean and tidy and full of fuel ready for me to drive away, the service was second to none.

Alighting from a train at Stratford upon Avon railway station is where thousands of visitors to the town form their first impressions of the town.

Sadly the stations attractive Victorian brickwork is let down by unattractive metal security railings, smelly neglected toilets and an air of neglect.

This experience compliments the equally appalling service levels of the rail operater.
