Shame on you!  I booked a mini bus 6 weeks ago to take a team of chefs competing in an international competition in Luxembourg.I made my destination very clear at the time   Less than 48 hours before departure I was informed Enterprise don't cover insurance in Luxembourg, so couldn't have the vehicle. I was left completely stranded.  Luckily it seems all their competitors cover Luxembourg, so National car hire came to the rescue. Although it has now cost us a lot more money  It would be very helpful to have been told this at the point of booking!

I booked a hire car online at short notice. Customer service was excellent, the staff were courteous and well informed. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. My deposit was returned promptly.

I was very happy with the service. I booked online, I got a confirmation call right after and text message day before service. Personel very helpful and organised. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from a first class team at Enterprise at Banbury. They went out of their way to help with my reservation. Would highly recommend and will return.

I had a curtesy car through admiral, as a young lad had hit my car, Enterprise was straight on the phone, picked it up the same day, and had it for a month.. All staff were very polite, very friendly. Would consider using again if need be.

Recently booked a van in preparation for use the following day to pick up sofas. Unhappy to find morning of pick up we were called and told no vans were avaliable even though we were allowed to book the van the day before. This was our second attempt of using enterprise as this also happen before. Recommend that the availability of vans are kept track of so they are not rented out when not avaliable.

I hired a Ford Transit van from Banbury Enterprise and was very happy with the entire experience. The price was good, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the van was clean and in good condition. I would definitely hire from them again!

I booked a van and stated my daughter would be the driver. All pre-hire checks done online by my daughter and Enterprise confirmed everything was in order. We arrived to discover that my daughter's credentials wouldn't pass whatever checks Enterprise use to allow her to drive the van. Why then bother with the pre-hire checks? She has successfully hired cars from esleswhere several times. Indeed within 30 minutes of leaving Enterprise we were driving a van from Banbury Van & Car Hire Ltd. a much better service.

Deposit required - immediate payment Deposit payed back - 2 to 3 days ?? It's the same machine, just give us our money back and stop using the company procedure to earn an extra few quid interest.
