The team at Enterprise, Stratford-Upon-Avon, went above and beyond to fix a problem created by a third party insurer this summer. We were blown away by the lengths that the team went to in order for us to take the rented car on holiday to France. They saved our holiday and we are extremely grateful to them. Cannot recommend highly enough. Trustworthy, professional, friendly and willing to go above and beyond in order to help. Thank you again guys!

I had hired the car from Enterprise Car and was served by Tom. Tom picked us up at the Stratford train station and from the moment we met him - we were immediately impressed by his can do attitude and service oriented nature. Within minutes - he was giving us tips on what to do at Stratford and offered to make reservations for restaurants he liked...which he didnt have to! But its just got to show what a great guy Tom was. Onto the actual car rental - Tom gave us a great car that was suitable for our needs. While we had to circle back, after getting the car, to double check on some stuff - the other gentleman was also super helpful in ensuring all systems were go on the car. Great great service! Upon returning the car - we were in a slight pickle as we had about 5 minutes before our train back to london leaves - while i was frantically trying to find someone all the staff were busy - Tom like a dashing white knight in armour - appeared out of nowhere and took our car and dropped us off at the train station. What service. Tom is a great employee of Enterprise Stratford and I highly commend him!

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish! Got a car from enterprise through my insurance at the end of January. The first that I received from enterprise had an issue with it, however when I took it back to enterprise in Stratford Anthony swapped the vehicle for me there and then which was fantastic customer service. Even when I struggled to bring the car back due to my work commitments Anthony arranged for a driver to come and collect the car from me. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you very much! :
